Great vape shop, very friendly and helpful staff. Oliver set me up with my first vape, unfortunately it stopped working due to a battery issue however I went back the next day and another chap sorted me out with a new vape 👍🏻 would highly recommend them. Best vape shop I've ever been to, excellent customer service, very welcoming, reasonable prices, free liquid when buying a vape! I'll be going here for all my future vape needs! I recommend this place to everyone!!

Pleasant place with polite staff. They seem very knowledgeable are are happy to help. The only thing I don't like is you often are waiting some time to be served. Once you are though, staff are helpful, polite and spend the time you need with them. On one of my visits there was a conversation between a member of staff and what I assume was a friend as they were sat chatting, the conversation was a little unprofessional and off putting if I'm honest (lots of swearing). But once I got the staff members attention they were helpful as usual. Despite the above one off, this is the go to place for my vaping needs.

Went in just before closing to grab my first set and the chap on the counter was great, explained everything thoroughly and gave some great tips on long term care. The set itself was much less costly than I imagined it would be and I got some free liquid. I walked out with a functioning vape thanks to the guy setting it up for me. Great all around

These guys are so polite and really know their stuff. I was a bit worried buying my first kit not knowing a thing about anything but they talked me through it, didn't try and get me to spend more than I needed to and their service and knowledge means I go back there rather than any other shop whenever I need anything new.

Had an issue with my vape/coils, the guy who served me fixed it and explained what had gone wrong really quickly and efficiently. Also gave me replacement coils free of charge. Always a wide range of juices and great customer service here, much appreciated.

This shop is the best I've been in so far for my ecigarette! The liquids are the best I've come across and the best of all is the staff. They are so pleasant and courteous. Every time I go in they remember who I am and greet with a smile! Far better than some other shops where the assistants are miserable as hell and aren't even helpful. They take their time with you and make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave, they never rush you. The products in here are great and my battery has lasted me so well. I won't go anywhere else for my vaping supplies :)
